Summer with Tiger Jazz!

 

Had great fun playing some Tiger Jazz at Aggy's Big Gay Party at the Watford Palace Theatre last week! It's shaping up to be a great summer for music and gigs, do come and join in the fun if you can! Hopefully see you at one of the events below :-)

@ Launch of Watford Fringe Festival

When: Saturday 4th July 2026

Where: Pondside, Watford Parade/ High Street

Tiger Jazz will once again be hosting the launch of the wonderful Watford Fringe Festival! Running through July, the festival is a celebration of our town's amazing artistry, culture and creativity, and well as providing a platform for performers from across the country and internationally, many of whom will be perfecting material before taking it up to the Edinburgh Fringe. Come along for a sneak peek of countless entertaining, exciting and innovative shows across all genres. FREE EVENT, all welcome!

@ St Matthew's Church afternoon concert

When: 2-4pm Wednesday 8th July 2026

Where: St Matthew's Church, Eastbury Road, Bushey Arches

Please do come along to this free event and enjoy a 15 minute splash of Tiger Jazz Great American Songbook melodies on a gorgeous grand piano in amongst a wonderful 2 hours of open mic performances focusing on Musical Theatre and popular classical songs. All welcome!

@ Lanchestfest 2026

When: tbc Saturday 11th July 2026

Where: Lanchester Primary School, Hempstead Road, Watford, WD17 3HD

Come and enjoy Tiger Jazz's second performance at Lanchester Primary schools summer fundraiser! It's a fun filled family event supporting a great local school. It’s a wonderful day out and everyone is welcome!

@ Watford Humanists Art and Music Festival 2026

When: 4-9pm Saturday 11th July 2026

Where: Main Hall, Purcell School of Music, Aldenham Road, Bushey, WD23 2TS

Watford Area Humanists (WAH) will present WHAM!! (Watford Humanists Arts & Music). A five hour extravaganza with Art & Music and absolutely FREE! Tiger Jazz, SJ Jazz 5, Laura Dannan, Pete White, Eric Eracleous, Levi Positive, Natalie Shay are some of the highlights of the WHAM music event as part of the WatFringe - Watford Fringe Festival and Bushey Festival. At the main Hall of the prestigious Purcell School in Aldenham Road, Bushey, WD23 2TS, opposite the Metropolitan, where paid parking is available. Saturday 11th July from 4pm until 9pm. Don’t miss it!

@ Harling Fringe Festival

When: 6-8pm Sunday 12th July

I'm honoured to have been selected as the finale act for the first ever Harling Fringe Festival! Can't wait to bring some Great American Songbook classics to the Harling crowd!

@ Bossanyi Studio

When: 8pm Saturday 18th July 2026

Where: Bossanyi Studio, Field End Road, Eastcote, HA5 2QL

Please do come along and enjoy Tiger Jazz's annual appearance at the gorgeous Bossanyi Studio with the irrepressible Dial Up Band. Details tbc. Suggested donation £10. Bring your own drinks, glasses provided.

 

@ HERTS PRIDE 2026

Where: Cassiobury Park, Watford

As a Herts Pride Ambassador, I'm once more honoured to not only sing some of my favourite American Songbook standards on the main stage, but also to host a plethora of local talent on the CEX Community Stage... think of it as a Herts Pride Dial Up! Please do come along and enjoy this brilliant annual celebration of Watford's diverse, supportive and inclusive community. It’s a wonderful day out and everyone is welcome!
